Sophie and Shanna's HELE Project Q1 SY 2018-2019

Sophie and Shanna, along with their younger sister prepared their favorite dessert - Mango Float yesterday (Nov. 28, 2108)

Ingredients:
2 packs Graham Crackers

1 kilo ripe mangoes, sliced thinly

2 packs of Alaska Crema (cream)

1 can of Jersey Mango Sweetend  Condensed Creamer

They mixed the cream and sweteened condensed creamer then they assembled the graham crackers at the bottom. After that they poured the cream mixture onto the graham crackers. Then they placed the sliced mangoes and repeated the whole process over and over again.

Here is the finished product after chilling it overnight.

It is now ready to be enjoyed.

Back in Davao

Life is here! That's the slogan for Davao. Sure it is!

We got back to our hometown last March 24, 2018 after 3 years of my children's stay in Oman.

Due to our return here in Davao, I have also changed this blog's address and name.

I am so happy that my children are officially enrolled with Homeschool Global for SY 2018-2019 on September 20, 2018. Praise be to God!

This will be another year of learning and challenges for my children as well as for me but we are going to make it through. We have already weathered 5 years of homeschooling and we are still expecting for more years.
