Urban Container Gardening

I was amazed when my kids planted some seeds on egg shells and waited for them to grow.  Here's what they have done:

They planted seeds of watermelons, tomatoes and many more. 

Since they were quite interested with planting vegetables and fruits in our small yard, I decided to bring them to the Urban Gardening Seminar which was conducted at Negosyo Center Davao - Magsaysay on June 16, 2019.

Mr. Raymond Antiola from the Department of Agriculture gave a lecture on Urban Gardening at NC Magsaysay.

We got some free seeds of sunflower and vegetables such as ampalaya, okra, eggplant, sitaw, and many more. I hope that my kids will continue to be zealous in planting these seeds so we can have a vegetable garden here at home.
